Throughout each stage of your vehicle being repaired, great care is taken to ensure every step is carried out to the best possible standard, to make sure you receive the highest level of satisfaction from our service.

You can track your vehicle repair online by using the 'Customer Vehicle Repair Status' tool at the top of each page of this website; just enter your claim ID and vehicle registration.

Initial Contact:

We Will:

Load the details and make customer contact, establishing the severity of the accident and booking needs, we can then intelligently route the repair throughout our network.

Our Commitment:

Upon receipt of your details we will establish contact and discuss accident details for the claim, we will discuss the damage with you and condition of the car, assign the correct booking date and collection logistics.  We can then flex our volume and booking capacity around our repair network to support reduced off road times for our customers.

Vehicle Collection:

We Will:

Deploy the repair details and confirm your booking.  We can then collect your vehicle and a Class A Courtesy vehicle can be supplied, subject to your insurance T & C’s.  When on site, we will call you to confirm vehicle arrival and the next steps.


Our Commitment:

We will come to your location with a driver or a recovery truck to collect your vehicle and if needed drop off a replacement vehicle whilst answering any questions you may have and give you as much information as possible about the next steps for your vehicle repair.

Damage Assessment and Estimation

We Will:

Estimate the vehicle and advise on the repair, communicating effectively throughout repairs.


Our Commitment:

Our engineers will estimate the vehicle and call you to advise on the repairs, technique and repair duration, keeping you updated and appraised of the vehicle repairs every 2 days throughout, via any medium preferred.

Repair & Dismantling

We Will:

Our fully qualified technicians will start work on your repair and if any further damage is discovered this is assessed and additional parts ordered, if required.

Our Commitment:

We will be sure approval for any further damage is sought from your insurance company as quickly and efficiently as possible.


We Will:

Use approved repair methodology with guarantees, once the affected areas have been dismantled, your car will move in to our panel department. Extensively damaged vehicles will be loaded on to our state of the art body jigs and any misaligned chassis will be realigned to the manufacturer’s specification.  Any new panels will be fitted and checked for correct alignment and all panels requiring repair will be finished to the highest standards, going through our quality control processes and being signed off by a technician before proceeding to our paint department.

Our sites are PAS 125 accredited, adhering to these guidelines we ensure correct repair methodology and insurer guarantees.

Paint and Prep

We Will:

Once necessary repairs are complete your vehicle is ready to move into our paint department. From here we will prepare the vehicle, the paint colour is mixed on site using state of the art equipment ensuring an exact colour match with your vehicle and finished to the very highest standards.

Our Commitment:

Our extremely high attention to detail present in every repair ensures that colour match and final finish meets or exceeds the original manufacturers specifications and your own expectations.


We Will:

5 REFIT Image

Your vehicle is now ready to be moved into Re-Fit, we will ensure all final mouldings and trim, both exterior and interior, bumpers and lamps are refitted on the vehicle.  All the vehicle's systems are checked thoroughly during this process.

Our Commitment:

All parts and repairs are thoroughly checked and vehicles are test driven if necessary to ensure complete safety before delivery.

Quality Check

We Will:

Carry out a full Quality Check and car wash before returning your vehicle. 

Our Commitment:

Once your repairs are complete we will undertake a full Quality Check and sign off process to ensure repair standards.


We Will:

Contact you to arrange the most convenient day and time to deliver your vehicle and collect our loan vehicle.

Our Commitment:

Following delivery of your vehicle we will contact you to confirm your satisfaction with the repairs to your vehicle, all repairs undertaken will be guaranteed according to your policy terms and supported by our PAS 125 accreditation.
